I saw Auburn play Tenn for the SEC crown and that is the only time that I've seen them play this year. My impression is that they are a lot like VT. Their QB can turn it up field but as good as he is he is not quite the scrambler that Brian Randall is. Even USC could not contain Randall at times when we played them at Fed Ex Field. Of course they got their sacks but Randall has a penchant for getting the yards when most needed. Auburn has great receivers and techs are young and will be underrated.

I think you hit the nail on the head when you surmise there will be the tendency for Auburn to take us lightly and that they might be preoccupied or still thinking of not getting a shot at the national title. The second time around they did not play Tennessee as well as they played the first time. This may have been for the same reason. Look at the problems Tn has had this year at the QB spot and you would have thought they could have done better against them.

I have to call this one for the Hokies .........34 to 27......Gregor
