I have little interest in Howard Stern also, but he is a big draw, that's for sure. For years, he has had the most popular morning radio show (12 million listeners). I don't really follow SIRI, but I know the issues you bring up have been echoed by others. There are concerns from analysts re valuations, and whether or not SIRI can expand its subscriber base sufficiently to justify those valuations. Also, evidently the Toyota deal is now seen as a negative for SIRI. T
