The 12 mln figure is a "weekly" arbitron figure. I think the consensus is the real figure of committed listeners (I think they call them "P1"s) is like 3 mln. Some people actually believe all these listeners are going to follow Stern, which is utter nonsense. Quoting some analyst, breaking even on this deal for SIRI is going to be "challenging".
