Please don't start with that nonsense. Clinton a saint, don't start with that nonsense. He made powerful allies that were skillful at intimidation. That allowed people who were desperate to deny the obvious the cover to cling to their beliefs.Like I said, hardly. Personally, I believe Wiley and Broderick were both consensual. What they said after the fact I do not believe. Of course, that will not stop you from believing......because you want to believe the worse about Clinton. See above.Clinton was a threat to the right and they have done whatever they can to discredit him. The right has not been able to come up with a leader who was as smart, as competent and as effective as Mr. Clinton. Clinton did more in two terms than all the combined GOP presidents since 1980. His number one accomplishment being the legalization of perjury. His number two accomplishment being what? Oh, yes the pardoning of Susan McDougal for refusing to testify about him, drug dealers who had the goods on him, and a tax cheat with a buxom ex-wife who he wanted to shag. Oh, and he issued a bunch of regulations at the last minute that suddenly became important on his way out the door. His number four accomplishment was maybe blowing up some camels in Afghanistan (or was it the Aspirin factory in poverty-stricken Sudan) when he was in the media spotlight for his perjury. He did however manage to preside over an economy that was made healthy enough to absorb his tax increases by the Republicans who preceded him and leave a recession for the officeholder after him. So, which of these makes him great? He was the biggest disgrace to hold the office in the twentieth century, that is fact.
