Hello Malcolm, <<LINK REIT>>

I am not applying for the IPO, since no one can get enough of a fill via the IPO. I will get my fill on the open market.

There is no withholding in HK on dividends. We are not communist ;0)

We need to think in terms of "positive carry", and I can borrow HKD at better than 2.5%.

As regard to HKD sturdiness, I will be out of the REIT before anything bad can happen. This LTBH investment will last about 30-60 days in my account :0)

As far as LT for HKD, whereas it is pegged to USD, its economy is linked also to the mainland, and its income is linked to the world.

Chugs, Jay
