How deeply ingrained debt and Monetarism has become in our society, that people cannot even imagine a cash purchase -- unless that cash is borrowed from someone or someplace.

Buy today, if you don't you'll miss out. You have to invest when interest rates are lowest and prices at their peak.
Saving is for fools. Only the shrewd are smart enough to invest at the top of the market.
