Seems to me the buyers on the secondary could be a little miffed.

CVX saw the light at least with all the cash they have laying around I'm a little surprised the didn't jump.

That MTL I mentioned yesterday is showing a little life today. There will be a CC at 9:30 eastern today to do a little damage control. Could be worth a listen. FWIW

Actually the bad news was released after market close on the day the offering closed, not the next day. Also the letter from CVX calling off the talks is dated DEC 6th but Cheniere claims they didn't see it until after 5pm on the 8th. Takes two days to fax a letter from one office in Houston to another in Houston it seems.
Ottorose was smart. He didn't believe the BS and shorted the stock.
