They are predicting something a year in the future....rig count is what counts for the company. If, and it is a big if, a few or many of the exixting power plant decide to make the investment and switch to coal then oil and nat. gas is going to take a big hit. The tech. is there to scrub even dirty coal to acceptable particulte emmissions. Expensive to set up and a little more costly to operate, but over a 10 to 20 year time frame, well worth the investment. Besides, I love to see OPEC take it in the shorts for a change. LOL
