That's the one my query about and that's also my opinion of it.

Blocking PM's from specific people is definitely a must-have. It's implemented but not completely. I think the only part of that that's functional right now is that if someone's blocked (or they've blocked you -- doubled-edged sword), they can't initiate a PM from your profile.

Finishing it to also prevent private replying is on the docket.
