JF, He's going to put it on Amy's federal credit card. She (and everyone else) will pay for that "benefit" in spades.

Or those benefits will simply be reduced.

I suspect Bush will need to "flip-flop" sooner or later. If Bush is going to spend his "political capital" on the third rail of politics, he might as well grab on tight. Otherwise, he shouldn't even go near there.
