Did you read the article? Do you ever read anything that disagrees with your point of view?

Congress appropriated the money a year ago. The tanks were supposed to be adequately armored by 31 July. In essence, your Sec. of Defense told the soldiers to go eat cake. Why is that acceptable to you?

Now let me get this straight. You are claiming that liberals controlled Congress before WWII?
