i can't seem to get very interested this year though, don't know why

Seems to me that trees, buildings, land and other things have been more lucrative this year, but with snow and ice in place and tax loss selling in full swing you can't ignore the possibilities for profit for too long :-)

Success in Northern Rhodesia? When. back in early 1960s? Northern Rhodesia became Zambia in 1964.
