I DON"T DO THIS.. I was posting what I see being done. The condo I bought on the East Coast was to live in forever... well not forever but as long as.....

I did not like living there and moved out after two years. It was not a planned scheme to make money but there were people IN that building.. one a lawyer who was making out like a bandit with the pre construction purchase of a condo and then selling it. These were water front and appreciating like crazy. I sold mine with a profit but the price has gone up over two hundred thousand since 2002...

By the way, I am a woman.
