You are ranting again. I have an exceedingly small amount of debt considering my assets. I've lived on half my income for 20 years and invested the difference. I've spent years helping others get out from under debt and create savings (without the sanctimonious attitude). My personal preferences aside, the debt free world you think should exist doesn't give you anywhere to make a return on your savings. When you can figure out where you would get a return on your savings maybe you can preach to me about debt and savings.
