That shows about a million affirmative agnostics and about a million atheists, but about 27 million non-religious/secular. Intuition tells me that 27 million would split two-thirds to agnostic. That would leave about 9 million atheists, in addition to the estimated 1 million who call themselves atheists.

10 million of an adult population of 207 million is about 5%.
