Claude; undoubtably good community relations are paramount. Chiapas does represent a more complex situation though, considering it is an area where armed insurrection against the national government has been an issue in the past. This does not ,as you point out, mean the company cannot work successfully in that area. I only wanted to point out that there must be a very unique set of circumstances to consider there.
