No, you do not need a dust bunny Creator. Indeed, it is possible that, if chance can explain it all, you do not need any kind of Creator, you just have to suppose you "hit the jackpot" and the "anthropic" universe came into being. If a long shot is possible, you cannot quibble if it occurs.
