i saw a documentary recently on public tv
about modern day hobos - it was an eye opener.

hobos have a very very tight community. they
take care of one another - a lot of vets.

the soundtrack was excellent too - tom waits
provided a lot of it.

I highly recommend it; it is a lot nicer than spending 10 daze hiding in the hold of a tramp steamer.
