From one potential fallacy to another. The only (relatively) true answer is we don't get to know. And when we do, we don't get to come back.

While NDE are interesting, they may be quantum events, fluctuations in the vacuum energy, brain malfunctions, or spiritual insights. Anyone who says they know that God exists, or can prove it one way or another, accepts one of two mutually exclusive assumptions in their argument. Godel identified this flaw with logic in any system, and in recognizing this flaw of logic, the agnostic is born: a type of empiricist who attempts to define what is true by experiment or observation.

There are propositions in in ordered system that can be definitively answered within that system. Godel says there are some that aren't as well. The corporeal system of life we live in means metaphysical questions can never be faithfully assigned a (p) value. My universe is a sum of propositions that are only partially true. You see what is reasonable or predictable and act on that.
