How do you reconcile AP's constantly abusive posting (over several years), the SI TOU and an "account in good standing"?

So Amr felt the urgent need to personally contact SI from jail in order to have a few current posters banned. And SI not only entertained a request coming from an incarcerated convicted felon, liar, and carrier of fake ID on what most would consider a seemingly trivial matter, they actually burned a little midnight oil in order to make it happen asap.
Amr drew eyeballs to SI. Eyeballs mean $$. But at some point, you have to draw the line.
