I would hope the prosecution isn't still building a case after 2 years, considering they're already wrapping up. What is absurd on the AP thread and what is not is easily distinguished. I doubt anyone with any sense would find that too difficult. I didn't see any need for emergency proxy monitoring measures.

Others haven't "marginalized" anything. In fact, you and your pals have "marginalized" what can be talked about here. Others desire to talk about the ties to terrorism. You don't want that information flowing here so you do what you've done forever on SI. You target the posters posting said information and harass them until they go away. The "charges" that aren't on the "docket" were born of a seperate investigation by AUSA/Breen into terrorism. So stop whining that terrorism isn't on the plate or of relevance here. It is. Breen's terrorism investigation is what led the AUSA to indicting Tony on his current counts. it's because others have marginalized the discussion to terrorism charges that are not even on the docket! In essence what you're doing, by posting for the FBI "eyeballs" is quashing attempts by others to discuss the terrorism ties in an intellectually honest forum . You've even taken your agenda to the "banned" board after getting dissenting voices silenced on the A & P thread. That alone demonstrates whose agenda is being "bolstered".
