One more point: If BPL becomes an important item in the Broadband providers portfolio, then improved powerlines & relaible electricity generation becomes amazingly important---this was recognized by some in late 1990s. In this context,American Superconductor (AMSC) could play a significant role---I have a few $Ks and been posting thereAMSC as well.....although, the board is not very active these days.

<<KG4: Good point -> "take a look at some of the BIG NAMES that have been throwing money and/or 'getting in bed' with abtg and tko....">>

Maybe a good point...maybe not....I do think it is positive, though.....what we have to look at however is these BIG companies....such as Con Ed....well, first of all, they arent simply going to flush money down the drain for no reason, but at the same time, MOST big companies throw money at smaller start ups they like....if they drop a few mil and lose, it aint no biggie to them.....so they look for places to throw money and they do proper DD...so yes, it is a good thing that many big names have invested in, or gotten in bed with, some of these companies like TKO and ABTG...it is certainly a good endorsement and a telling sign that not only do many of the b8igger boys like what they see but also, as long as BPL progresses, companies like tko and etc, may not have to look far for funding they may, or may not, need.....But at the same time...just because some big boys are in bed with them, is certainly no guarantee....just part of the fundamentals we look at when doing proper dd......Me personally, I like taking a look at where the larger companies are throwing there money at smaller start up's....I dont just run out and buy them, but I do like doing DD on them to find out why con ed likes this company or msft likes that company and etc...if the bigger companies like them, I want to know why <g>....I havent had much time, so havent been able to do much dd on Multiband(MBND?)...saw a couple of press releases, but thats about it....are they worth a damn? Any big boys in bed with them? TIA and great sunday to all....
