Taikun, thanks, it looks like it is the same company even though the spelling is a little different. Per the PR you quoted the Austral listing is still pending and has been put on hold since last April. I believe the company has applied to be listed with Amex, hopefully that will come soon so folks can short this legally. Actually it also trades on the TSX Venture exchange and can also be legally shorted there I believe. I believe that shorting of a stock provides for more "healthy" trading overall, as long as it is from real borrowed stock and is not "naked".
