And one of the dead 9/11 hijackers had his visa renewed six months after 9/11. The issues you mentioned are common sense security issues that do not and should not have "liberal" or "conservative" tags attached. Both camps have proven equally stupid in this respect. If it happens that a gay transvestite cross dresser has the common sense to address and fix these problems, so be it. I'd vote for him, her, whatever...
