Michael Latas, has died ,because of ill health ,December 7, 2004. Mike was a very good writer and supporter of ECD but has not posted much in last year not happy with ECD's delays and promises of products and no profits. He tried to stay up beat and encouraged me about ECD's future. Mike was a friend of mine we met at ECD's share holders meetings and kept in touch through phone calls through the years. His posting was very much missed on this board and I will miss him as a friend now. Allen Bucholski
