Dinner with the kids last night who voted for Bush. Told me this at OUTBACK and ruined my dinner (sic) WHY ???

Could NOT CONNECT with John Kerry. Have heard this before from unsophisticated voters... by that I mean, do not know the facts, just the TV persona and the hype... Also looks, speeches etc..

This morning good article in paper about the divide in Congress and how it will probably be perpetuated. Even when Spector... Republican.. votes for conservative fiscal policies he get criticized. He has to toe the PARTY LINE more or his privileges.. he's head of something will be taken away.

It's march to the drummer of whomever is in charge. This again bothers me. Diversity ? Being able to critisize... Neither party has it right all the time and does not serve the interested of the majority of Americans.. Too bad.eh ?

Hillary isn't comparable to Kerry, imo. Kerry has taken strong stands at times in his life, and though as a professional politician he tells you what you want to hear, I think there is some residual backbone there.

Hillary is Lady Macbeth.
