My guess is that it's a family member or close friend. I don't think it'd be one of his attorneys in the moderator role because if Tony ever decided to bring a case due to any posts, there would be a conflict of interest with the attorney having had some control over thread content. A good attorney would take notes but stay away from content involvement of any sort. "Clean hands", so to speak.

"If I had to guess it might be one of Elgindy's attorneys which I am sure would be taking notes."
