Raymond...me thinks it's probably 60 mill. + 1, cause I've got a feeling Bush doesn't really have any idea what's going on either. So..is it your opinion that the debt is sort of a backdoor effort to shrink the government by starving it to submission? If that is the intention I don't think it's going towork as well in practice as in theory. As we saw in the last budget, the Repubs. are as addicted to pork barrel as the Dems. Without line item veto I don't see the shrinkage by starvation ploy going very far.
