Absolutely.

With all the charges back and forth, I'm wondering if the SI adms. agree with your claims of multiple account ID's. You quoted differing User ID's. Do you have proof that these are the same poster?

Hello rrufff,

I see that Janice and Jeff already gave you a few, very minimal and vague throw-away clues. For any newcomer who hasn't followed Pugs for the past seven years, I can appreciate that you might find those tidbits to not have the substantiality that you seek. Pugs has a most definite and specific style, and those of us who have dealt with him over that period of time would prefer to keep our markers in place. That is, perhaps, why you're not getting an answer that is totally satisfiable to yourself. As the expression goes, "You had to be there" to appreciate it.

Still, having said that, there's only one poster on the whole of the internet who has, for example, taken a specific line of attack over a letter from attorney Carmine Bua that was posted, third party, on my site some years ago. It was a simple, rather innocuous letter simply confirming that a legal process for his client was not going as described by Pugs. It was so innocuous that I can't even remember the exact detail of it, but the result was borne out by historical record that it was not going the way Pugs described. To this very day, Pugs still attacks me as if I had some active participation of it. It was a "yes/no this legal process is happening" issue.

One other issue, among many, is the Businesswire suit that Pugs often mentions in attacking me. Pugs (and only Pugs) leaves out some significant detail. Every journalistic release including WSJ and Wired.com reported it for what it was ... an April Fool's stunt to show that paid-for adverts such as BusinessWire are less than reliable for accurate info. He leaves out that BusinessWire never prevailed in the suit. He leaves out that we were never forced to apologize, nor had a judgment hanging over our head. He leaves out that he himself got sued for libel and a $1,000,000 judgment was hanging over his head and he was forced to apologize for libel. Only one poster on the whole of the internet takes this "forgetful" approach.

Those are just a couple more tidbits, of which there are many, which make, in common, Louie to all the others (bmart, spider, pugs). Others here, who are "on the same page" can safely reconcile those starting points with their own experiences. If you haven't had a previous starting experience, then count yourself lucky.

Regarding multiple account IDs, yes, SI recognizes those. Louie is playing a short-term game with this one specific instance, but read between the lines of SI Dave's recent posts, I suggest.
