DAK, OK, fine. I wonder why Turk and the GATA bunch have so many issues with GLD then? When I read CEF's prospectus 'stabilizing transactions', mentions of futures are missing: sedar.com Why are they included? I think it raises questions about the extent to which they could be use. Since the potential for abuse is there, with the spate of Wall Street scandals, why can you blame the avg investor for questioning this? Why no scheduled audits? Why no insurance? CEF seems to run their fund with insurance, audits and without the need for provisions on futures and stabilizing transactions. I read what you write, and then I look at CEF's prospectus, and I just see a tighter product. D
