Steve, what I am trying to say as long as chevon had the stocks they were out of the float or general public hands "weak hands ". When ECD sells shares to general public if not enough buyers stock will go down.(to much supply) As share holders we lose in this case. ECD goes back on free spending ways and money could be gone in a year.

To get the money their could dissolution to plubic ownership of stock. When Texco had it they where required to have 3 people on ECD board of directors and own 20% of stock.

As a share holder I dont like dissolution. At least were safe from going broke in next year.
