Hi Ray,

I'm amazed at your inclination to emphasize the few negatives in an article that is generally very favorable. Obviously there will be the necessity of subsidizing a few bums and the occasional unfortunate. Still, there is little doubt in my mind that privatizing pensions will, over time, prove far better than what we have now -- as is apparently happening in Chile.
