LEN reported this morning. The trend is pretty clear. It is going down. As I have previously opined here, the sequential is what I am looking at. Message 20850523 From the May qtr to the Nov qtr, deliveries are increasing. New orders and backlog totally tanked. From May to Aug to Nov Deliveries 7927 to 9415 to 12208 - pretty good but resting on history here. New orders 11465 to 9338 to 8160. This is going straight down. Backlog 19417 to 19594 to 15546. This is outright ugly. Am I missing something? LEN is up 10% as I type?
