greenlaw, and the news item today is len's news. and the whole homebuilder sector gets a good boost. when you look at len's numbers and see how low the gross margins are (about 25%) and the net earnings are the best all time (about 10% of revenues) in the best time ever for homebuilder stocks, you see how leverage will work both ways. greenlaw, it is a tough sector to short while it is so hot. not really advisable.
