On the contrary, Gary, I told you that you would lose money in AZNT, that it was a scam and Sylver was a crook. You failed to listen and you lost your money. Therefore, I was not the one duped. You were duped. And you helped Mikey dupe yourself and others. You promoted the stock for him, against all better sense and evidence provided to you by me and others. I never put a dime into it, I never lost a dime in it. Only your own PugsLogic could twist that around to say I was duped whilst you lost your own money in it, kiddo. I guess "information" and "credibility" are not the only terms that confuse you. "Reality" should be added to the list, as well. What Wellrich did for Mad Mikey was to find investors who then bought stock directly from Mikey. Unlike your own source, who was Sylver, our sources gave us accurate information. btw, Judd wasn't Mann's lawyer. He represented two of Mann's former companies in a single lawsuit. George Doumanis, who brokered a 4 million share private placement of AZNT shares for Joey Mann was nailed in the Bermuda Short sting. That's right. Doumanis owned and ran Creative Capital, a nickel b/d. We warned you about his past and about his associations beginning in the last week of August 1998. You attacked us viciously for doing so. In fact, Allen Wolfson was the ringleader of the Operation Uptick enterprise. No he wasn't. Most of the people caught up in Operation Uptick were unrelated to each other except by greed. You've only recently begun mentioning Wolfson. We've been after him and his various family members for years. One regular who bashes here on SI was bashing a stock on Raging Bull using multiple aliases including,"scion", "spagyrist", "red-arrow", "ad_rem", and countless others, while his very own company was suing TEVT with Hudson Consulting Group, Richard Surber's "consulting" company controlled by Operation Uptick leader Allen Wolfson. What arrant bs. You make it sound as if they were co-plaintiffs. The truth is that two actions were brought by two companies, two years apart. There was no connection at all between them. 'Arthur Murray' was a long time AZNT basher. In reality, he only posted about AZNT a few times. And he wasn't Art Smolensky. That's just one of your fantasies. I'll leave the ZiaSun stuff to those more familiar with the case.
