Christmas in Japan.

They are correct in stating that the Department stores are trimmed for Christmas. The lights on the outside of the stores are grand. And the decorations through the Ginza.

Since there is a strong tradition of gift giving, and annual bonuses are common, a secular Christmas is popular in Japan.

Can't be too cute or too "gifty" in Japan. (Wish I was there)
