Invading a country that posed no threat and one that has not attacked us is disgraceful. Thumbing our nose at the allies we needed to take effective action is disgraceful. Pretending that this helps us in the war on terror is disgraceful. Pretending that killing 100,000 civilians in Iraq either did not happen or does not matter is disgraceful. The chaos and lawlessness that followed our botched invasion is disgraceful. When we invade other countries in this manner, expect the worst forms of comparison -- they are valid.
