Bill - I understand your POV and I can relate. However, there is a broader readership here. It's not a closed club. Other readers and posters have rights here, particularly on this thread. You do realize that this is all taking place on a board that is entitled "Banned...." The conversation, to which you refer, usually takes place on the A@P board and on other boards. This board, I believe, was intended as one that could be a home to those who are banned and who want to respond to something that is said on the main thread but are unable to because they are banned. I don't believe that you or Janice or Jeff are banned from the A@P board, and so it is your choice to come to this thread. The banter, to which I partially objected, consists largely of personal attacks and repetitive posts, claiming "proof" that Louie is pugs, and then posting the same stuff that has been posted over and over on the A@P board ad nauseum. Although I admit that I find some of it interesting, it is less interesting than what is going on at the trial and it is less interesting than short picks, scam companies, etc. The A@P board was always a good source of short picks and useful reading about scams. I suggest that the conversation has lately been personal vendettas and ad hominem attacks, which may be of interest to you, but to the broader readership, gets a bit dull and petty. And if someone comes along and questions those who feel they own that board or this board, then the bashers come out of the woodwork and attack, including the recent 4 letter named guy who is barely coherent. Seems a bit hypocritical coming from those who claim to work for free speech. I'd like to see more opinions about the trial and what is going on and the implications. I am not convinced that rehash of vendettas from years ago is material, but I do recognize your right to disagree and that you feel it is something that is needed to explain a person's opinion. However, as the tedium continues and now spreads to this message board, it winds up being a lot of noise, without significant added substance, and largely speculation and opinion that sometimes masquerades as proof and facts. OK?
