if i understand the rules, i dont know that you need the date to calc the returns since it is 100% stock deal, held amgn to yearend. the ratio of the exchange was .451, so just multiply the shares of tlrk * .451 * amgn price to get the final number or use $28.84 as the closing price of tlrk * the original share count.
