I didn't mean to make it sound patronizing. I was feeling the fault was mine, for not explaining it in a way that resonated with you. You really mean "convinced you" not "resonated with you," don't you? vbg No, your m.o is to slice the salami very thinly when you are cornered, which is fine. In any event, no great offense was taken. I was simply asking for a slight change in tone. But pleasantries don't necessarily make for progress, which is a nice way of saying you are avoiding my points entirely because you can't [or have decided for your own reasons to not] deal with them.
