My point was either or between mccain and buchanan solutions i set down this morning. Given my remembrences of vietnam, i am very wary of adding troops in a big way. Raising by 14,000 as we are doing now doesnt change anything of the ground imo. My question to you is whether our lack of success in the triangle to date has more to do with faulty operations or faulty ideology. Knowing some neocons, i am beginning to get the feeling that they too are questioning rumsfelds record. These are two different questions in my view--ideology vs ops. mike
