If TOU violations are a complex, subjective interpretation on a par with dissecting the great religious texts in human history, perhaps the TOU should not include admonishments that "abusive" posts are a violation that will not be tolerated.

Otherwise people who find attacks and insults abusive will be confused when numerous attacking, insulting posts are not removed and their authors disciplined accordingly. If they are routinely tolerated, whither the TOU?

Sounds like the difference between black-letter law and judicial discretion. Seriously, you should rewrite the TOU if it's all that gray, IMHO.

Here's someone caught lieing. Credibility shot to hell PDQ.
Know him?
Two completely unconnected and unrelated sources, one being Amr's log and the other made with a phone call proved there absolutely were communications between the two outside of the SI world.
I'm sure some of Amr's members and associates can easily verify.
All behavior and activity surrounding the event that took place in 2000, from almost the moment of discovery, pointed straight in that direction as well
And motive? Foolish question. What's the motive for 100% of stock market involvement?
The entire post exhibits a cornered rat.
