LOLOLOLISSIMO!! You just don't understand PugsLogic. So the name of the guy in the article is Randall Todd Royer? And the Royer of the Elgindy case is Jeffrey Royer? Same diff!!

The first premise of PugsLogic is that ALL PEOPLE WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR NAMES ARE THE SAME PERSON.
