Right. Just think, we have the results of the terrorism investigation, and maybe more indictments, to look forward to.

It was stated by Cleveland that he was aware of a terror investigation into tony as reported to him by royer.

If that is how it was handled, then unlikely to taint the jury. Of course, defense tries everything on appeal including prosecutorial misconduct. (See Michael Jackson case where they are preparing for appeal even before trial.)

However, extremely rare for these appeals to succeed.
