Emile, as far as I know, did not violate any of the Feelies terms of use. I have asked anyone who finds a violation to send me a PM if they want to, because I am sometimes weeks behind on reading every message. I never got any regarding posts that Emile wrote at Feelies. I cannot ban someone for posts they wrote somewhere else. I don't think he is here anymore, but the rules are very simple and are the same for everyone.

It is acceptable to criticize Zionists, Islamists, Democrats, Republicans, political figures, presidents, churches and other belief systems here. Some people's personal beliefs are very disturbing, but we do have freedom of speech in this country.

It is not okay to attack individual posters in a rude or personal way, or do really vile things like accuse liberal posters at SI of gloating over the deaths of American soldiers.

If you cannot understand the parallel in the post I wrote as an example of what would be a vile attack on right-wing posters, I cannot help you. If someone does write a post that attacks right-wing posters at Feelies, though, for example stating that they cheer when Iraqi babies die from American bombs, I would ban that person just as quickly.
