If you don't like someone wishing you a merry Christmas, just ignore them.

By "abstract" I meant that I thought we were having a nice little abstract discussion about an idea. Then all of a sudden you personalized it. You made it about a "specific instance," namely me.

Not only that, you did so errantly. Despite the fact that I responded in what must have been nearly a dozen posts to others who were personalizing it or assuming facts not in evidence that I personally am not offended by "Merry Christmas" and further that I find it silly to be. And despite my giving no indication that I personally am intimidated by the bullies. I'm not. They are not a factor in my personal life. This is not about me. It's abstract.

So what's your argument in this abstract discussion? None. Instead you chided me for being offended and intimidated, for heaven's sake. As my mother used to say, it's like I'm talking to the wall. Hence, my loss of patience and my loss of appetite for this subject.
