All people are negative about certain things. For instance, most people feel negative about rape. Some people are negative about capitalism. Some people are negative about communism. Some Catholics are negative about Presbyterians. Some Episcopalians are negative about Lutherans. Some dogs feel negative about cats.

Some religious folk are negative about just about everything that has to do with the real world and the experience of joy. They long for another world where they can float beside deer and stroll around in green meadows without a care in the world.

And some people are negative about freedom of religion and thought. They want everybody to believe in their particular superstition--or there will be Hell to pay! Of course, there is nothing negative about the idea of Hell. People deserve to go there if they cannot fake insanity. Amen, Brother.

Better perhaps to be negative than a false positive.
