100,000 deaths due to reactions to medicines properly prescribed and 80,000 for improperly prescribed ones. Seems like having better trained nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals would save many times the lives as our war on terror. And it would be a lot cheaper.

Wanna keep people safe? Ensure that there prescriptions are right and don't exacerbate their disease...
