CB,

Its a good thing Starbucks doesn't have a drive-thru. They serve their coffee even hotter.

CB, I like my coffee hot, but 180 plus is too hot. If that was the policy of McDonalds, they deserve an awakening, and paying for it. Fortunately, I have never experienced their coffee, because they don't have anything worth eating in the first place.

<<There is a lot of hype about the McDonalds' scalding coffee case. No one is in favor of frivolous cases of outlandish results; however, it is important to understand some points that were not reported in most of the stories about the case.>>

Went I was 14 my dad and I were going small game hunting. My mother had packed a thermos of HOT coffee so it would still be hot at lunch. Dad did a put the cup in the crotch and pour and hit a bump. Only time I saw my dad stuff snow down his pants. I waited until we were parked for lunch to pour my hot cocoa.
