And i ask again what would you have done in korea if the russians had understood the veto power they had and vetoed the UN resolution. I guess it would have been lights out for South Korea in GST world.

The US and Great Britain shouldered that responsibility for 13 years. How about some other members taking over for a month, say France and Germany? Oops, they were too busy raking in the $$ from the oil for food rip-off.
